• Multiple Packages: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
• Delays: Shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Returns & Refunds: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• Order Changes: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
